Elyse
Guerrero, Director of Research Operations, is
responsible for creating and maintaining the master schedule of field work
projects, which includes qualifying and coordinating the work of all sample
vendors, focus group facilities and recruiters and telephone banks. Ms
Guerrero joined FMM&A as its accounting manager in 1997 and
assumed her current position in 1999. She is a 1990 graduate of the Michigan State University in business

Isabelle
Habr, Controller/Accounting Manager,
joined FMM&A in February
of 2008. Isabelle is responsible for the Accounting and Finance department,
including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable management,
all financial reporting and taxation. Isabelle is also in charge of
maintaining personnel records and contracts, manages insurance, office
supplies and other business functions. Isabelle possesses a dual Bachelors
of Science in Business Administration and Management and an MBA in Business
Administration from the University of Phoenix in Nevada. Isabelle is

Liz
Mares-Kim, Graphics Presentation Manager, works directly
with FMM&A's researchers and is responsible for creating
and producing all graphics and visual report presentations. Ms. Mares-Kim
joined FMM&A in 1995 and is a graduate of UCLA in Spanish
